4th JAAI GC meeting was held on 24th & 25th Aug @ St Joseph North Point Darjeeling.Fr Sudhir Bhatia PCA Gujarat, Jitesh Jariwala JAAG President, Pankaj Chorawala JAAI WZ GC member, Kinjal Sheth Texas Office Bearer along with Mr Bhavin Vashi JAAI GC Gujarat Province attended it.

Very fruitful meeting with Excellent Hospitality by Host Association of Central Zone. Next Six month Pan India Activity has been schedule & shall be circulated soon. Updates on WUJA & JAAI new developments were presented. JAAI Council members also appreciated JAAG as one of highest member delegates who attended the GC meet.

As for success & appreciation JAAI GC Awarded, One member association of Each Zone,for their contribution in Blood donation camps that were organised during last 6 mths as a part of JAAI activity calender.

Am Happy to Announce that TEXAS was awarded from WEST Zone. Schedule & Date for 5th GC meeting will be announced soon.

20 August 2024 was an important day in the annals of St Aloysius (Deemed To Be University)Mangaluru and St Aloysius College Alumni Association (SACAA). They launched a unique Diploma Certificate Course in "Herbal Medicines and Disease Prevention" for the inmates inside the District Prison in Mangalore. This is the first of its kind course across all Indian prisons.

Among the dignitaries present at the inaugural function included the Vice Chancellor Rev Dr Praveen Martis SJ, the Deputy Commissioner, Mr Ravindra M Joshi, Prl. District and Sessions Judge, Mrs Shobha BG, Member Secretary, District Legal Services Authority and others. A book written by Prof. Edmund Frank on Herbal Plants and Disease Prevention was released on the occasion. Prof.Edmund Frank is the Coordinator of the course.

St.Xavier's Alumni Association (SXAA), Patna organized the first Patna Jesuit Province Alumni Swimming Competition 2024 for alumni of all Jesuit Institutions under Patna Jesuit Province on Sunday, 18 August 2024 at St. Xavier's High School, Patna. About 50 alumni from different schools participated in this unique swimming competition and more than 100 alumni encouraged and cheered up the participants.

This competition was organized in four age groups – (a) 18 to 29 years (b) 30 to 44 years (c) 45 to 54 years, and (d) 55 years and above. A total of 16 events comprising of 25m & 50m freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke were held.

During the event, the enthusiasm and excitement of the former students seemed as if they had come back to their school life and were participating in the competition with full enthusiasm and competitiveness.

We Paulites of Belgaum worldwide and Facebook Friends Circle donated 2 units of Blood on high emergency to patient Vanitha Vithoba Bojaji through our blood donation camp at St.Paul's High School Belgaum.

She is undergoing treatment of Cancer at Kle hospital belgaum . Her husband Shri Vithoba Bojoji Patil resident of Nandawade - Changad Maharashtra came to our school to ask help . He felt very happy that all students helped him . Dr Mahesh Koni Sir - DHO Belagavi handed the blood donation cards to him. Dr Mahesh Koni appreciated the noble services of paulites done selflessly to serve the patient in need.

The 78th Independence Day was celebrated on the St.Xavier’s High School Loyola Hall Ahmedabad campus with the Flag Hoisting at 8 am followed by a program by the students and then it was time for the traditional APX (Association of Past Xavierites) Vs School Team Football match. This is an annual feature and the experienced ones prevailed over the energetic ones 4-2, the game split into two halves of 35 min each on the football field.

The alumni/ae, staff and students, management, parents and benefactors partake in the program and make it more fulfilling and meaningful.
